The fastest and easiest way is to register online. You can access the registration site by clicking the REGISTER HERE link below. This link can also be found on each page of the Annual Meeting website.
You can also register by mailing for faxing the Annual Meeting Registration form to the AO home office. This form is available on the homepage of the Annual Meeting website and in the Registration Packet.
The rates increase after midnight, Central Standard Time (U.S.-Chicago).
Yes, Annual Meeting attendees will receive a special room rate at the (Hotel) and the (Hotel) hotels, the official meeting hotels for the AO 2017 Annual Meeting. Click the link below to make your reservations. A credit card will be needed to hold your reservation.
The recommended form of local travel from the Orlando International Airport (MCO) and the Orange County Convention Center, and meeting hotels, is Mears Transportation Shuttle Service. For more detailed information about pricing and reservations, click the link below.
If you are applying for a Visa to travel to the United States, you may need to provide a document stating your intention to travel. After you have registered for the meeting, the Academy of Osseointegration can provide a “letter of invitation” to our attendees from countries outside the U.S. There is a place to request a letter on the contact information page when you register online. The letter will be sent to you by email after you have completed your registration. Please contact us at email@example.com if you have any questions.
Registered spouses and guests (limited to two per attendee) are provided access to the Exhibit Hall as well as invited to attend the Thursday evening Welcome Reception and the Friday evening President’s Reception.
Please note: ADA CERP, or other educational credit, is not available for a Spouse/Guest registration. If your Spouse/Guest wants educational credit, please register them separately as a regular attendee.
Free wireless access is available in designated areas of the Orange County Convention Center and these areas will be indicated with special signage. WiFi will not be available in the plenary session meeting rooms or the exhibit hall.
Business casual attire is recommended for this meeting.
The average local temperature for Orlando in March is a high of 80°F to a low of 54°F.
Membership applications can be downloaded from the AO website and mailed, emailed or faxed to the AO home office. Completed application forms must be submitted with the required information/documents and membership fees to qualify for the members discounted Annual Meeting Registration fees.
