The 2017 Annual Meeting will be held at the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando, Florida. The convention hotels include the Hyatt Regency Orlando (headquarters), Rosen Centre, Rosen Plaza and Hilton Orlando hotels. All of these hotels are within walking distance to the Orange County Convention Center.

The deadline for hotel reservations is Wednesday, February 8, 2017
Hotel reservations/rate availability are not guaranteed after the room block is full or after February 8, 2017. Please register early – only a limited number of rooms are available. A portion of the room rate will subsidize the cost of the meeting space rental.
